May I provide you with images to be used in the design?
Yes, as long as you have the permission to use them commercially.
Which file formats will the design be in?
You’ll receive your finished cover design in both .pdf and .jpg formats as a matter of course, but we can adapt your design to other formats depending on your needs. Interiors are done in .pdf format.
How are payments handled?
We accept payments via Paypal. For cover and interior designs, we require 50% of the payment up front, the rest to be paid upon completion of the project. For web graphics, payment is accepted only upon completion of the project.
How long does the design process take?
This varies project by project, but typically cover and interior designs can be completed in two weeks, web graphics in 3-5 days. All cover and interior designs include unlimited rounds of revisions.
What if I’m not satisfied with the design?
If you’re not happy with your finished cover, interior, or graphics, we’re willing to negotiate. Basically, we operate on the principle that you don’t pay if you’re not happy.
What does ‘Fly Casual’ mean, anyway?
In the context of graphic design…not much. It’s a Star Wars reference.
